Trudy asked me tonight if we could do a hard, long workout.

So, this one is going to suck.

Deadlift  135/95
KB Swings  53/35
Box Jumps  24/20
Overhead weighted walking lunge steps 25/10 (we need a chance to catch our breath from all of those deadlifts and box jumps.)
