Partner WOD

Because it's a partner wod, the reps are double
20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2
Break up the reps however you want.
Deadlift 1.5 times bodyweight
Bench press bodyweight
Power clean 3/4 body weight

Obviously, some of these will be too heavy. Set a realistic goal that challenges you. It's only 55 reps.
