Alright guys and gals....sorry for the late post.  13.2 is upon us and we are all doing it.  The Schimbecks are going to be at the gym tomorrow at 7 am and Melinda's mom will be there at 5 am for you early risers.

10 Deadlift  115/75
15 Box Jumps  24/20
