1 minute of 50/35-lb. dumbbell snatches (alternating)
2 minutes of double-unders
2 minutes of 50/35-lb. dumbbell snatches (alternating)
3 minutes of double-unders
3 minutes of 50/35-lb. dumbbell snatches (alternating)
