Alright guys - I hope you're ready for a "heavy week."  I know that Darcy and I are ready to pick up heavy stuff.

"Heavy Grace"

30 reps
185/135 - clean and jerk

If you don't want to do the "Heavy Grace" then do regular Grace.  

30 reps
135/95 - clean and jerk

That's it.  Pick it up, push it over your head 30 times and you're done.
