  1. Just wanted to say that im sorry i missed our workout this morning. My stinkin baby doesn't like me to get any sleep at night i've decided! But i just want all of you to know that i did do the workout tonight and those lunges kicked my butt! Hopefully i will see all of you tomorrow morning. :)
