Legs are fine. It's shoulders and hands. I was hoping for something like 10,20,30,40,50 sit-ups and double unders with a 400m between each round. Don't know that my shoulders can take another lift this week!
I hurt my back today... Bad! Went in to Dr. Apparently i have an inflammed disc. SUCKS! Gave me drugs... May not see me in the morning. No heavy lifting for me for a bit. I will have to modify my workout for a few weeks!!
Legs are fine it's my dang elbow that is killing me.

ReplyDeleteThis dead lift is light enough it shouldn't be an issue but if it is I'll just something in place.
