  3. Legs are fine. It's shoulders and hands. I was hoping for something like 10,20,30,40,50 sit-ups and double unders with a 400m between each round. Don't know that my shoulders can take another lift this week!

  4. I hurt my back today... Bad! Went in to Dr. Apparently i have an inflammed disc. SUCKS! Gave me drugs... May not see me in the morning. No heavy lifting for me for a bit. I will have to modify my workout for a few weeks!!

  5. This dead lift is light enough it shouldn't be an issue but if it is I'll just something in place.
