run around the block two times
*rest 4 minutes
6 rounds for time:
40 double unders
20 air squats
10 ring/ bar dips
***the conditioning can be done in either order. Run first then triplet, 6 round triplet then run. Once both are complete finish with FLR’s
+
FLR hold for 3 minutes total time
